The Senior Test Manager Finance for End-to-End (E2E) Testing is responsible for overseeing all testing phases to ensure the seamless integration of systems, processes, and data across the new distributed architecture. The ideal candidate brings substantial experience in complex testing environments, test strategy development, and hands-on leadership in coordinating E2E testing within a high-stakes, transformative context.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive E2E test strategy for Finance that aligns with the overall DBSS test strategy & the goals and milestones of the BSS transformation.
- Define test objectives, timelines, milestones, and resources needed for E2E / UAT testing phases, ensuring coverage across all critical system integrations.
- Establish testing criteria, acceptance thresholds, and protocols to guarantee consistency and quality in testing outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional testing teams within the Revenue Management
- Facilitate collaboration between Revenue Management teams to ensure seamless integration of test efforts, particularly in a distributed landscape.
- Communicate test plans, objectives, and progress to ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
- Implement automated and manual testing approaches where appropriate, balancing efficiency with thorough coverage of testing scenarios.
- Monitor test progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all dependencies and integrations are accurately verified.
- Provide regular test progress updates, reports, and insights to senior management, project stakeholders, and business units.
