The Digital BSS has the ambition to build a state of the art BSS platfrom, in order to support Consumer Market Business in her ambition to reduce time to market and reduce costs.
We are looking for a Deployment/ Cut over manager to support this.
Purpose:
To lead the planning and execution of deployments and cutovers across multiple releases (prepaid, postpaid, fixed/FMC), ensuring a controlled transition from legacy to target systems with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cutover Strategy & Planning:
Define the overall cutover approach per release, including rollback procedures, transition states, and Go/No-Go criteria. - Deployment Coordination:
Orchestrate all deployment activities across domain and transversal streams (e.g. data migration, order fallbacks, service continuity). - Environment & Readiness Checks:
Ensure target environments, data, systems, and integrations are deployment-ready; manage dress rehearsals and mock cutovers. - Stakeholder Alignment:
Work closely with business owners, IT operations, SI/vendor teams, and PMO to align timing, roles, and communications. - Risk & Contingency Management:
Identify deployment risks and dependencies; define fallback scenarios and mitigation actions. - Hypercare Planning:
Coordinate the hypercare phase post-go-live, including support model, issue triage, and early life operations.
Reporting Line:
Reports to the Program Director and coordinates closely with domain program leads and the Integration manager (you-yourself).
