Aramis will be developing and building key infrastructure for Carbon Capture and Sequestration (CCS). Aramis in future will be a Joint Venture between four companies: Shell, TotalEnergies, EBN and Gasunie. This role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of the Joint Team that will be managing the (transition to) this future Joint Venture. The position is intended as a secondment to the Aramis JV but will start as partner designate secondee as part of the Joint Team in the "interim period" prior to Merger Clearance/FID..

- Er is sprake van een duidelijke opdrachtomschrijving met concrete deliverables;
- De inzet dient te passen binnen de geldende DBA-richtlijnen.
Bij inhuur via een leverancier gelden de afgesproken tarieven en voorwaarden conform de bemiddelingsovereenkomst. Loondienstkandidaten worden ingeschaald volgens de toepasselijke CAO
Work location:
The Hague (Office: Rode Olifant). Full time office-based position with travel in the Netherlands.
At least twice a month on Monday you are expected at the Gasunie head office in Groningen to join the schedulers team.
Number of hours per week: 32-40 hours per week (1,840 hours annually based on full-time employment or pro rata)
Start date:
As soon as possible, expected duration of 2 years with the option to extend
Generic role: Technical Advisor 70
Salary:
€5,903 to €8,070 gross per month (scale 70) based on full-time employment. In addition, you will receive a fixed 13th month (holiday allowance) and a 14th month
Vacation days:
20 vacation days based on full-time employment

Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer (commuting)
Work-from-home allowance: A monthly net allowance of €24.50

Wht are your activities?
The job holder will be supporting the director through all phases of the Project, starting with the FEED, and potentially, if approved at FID, EPC Project execution.
The role will evolve as the Project moves forward and as risk and planning managment will evolve with it. The incumbent will play a leading role in preparing and coordinating the integrated project plan for each phase to drive Project success.
The main activities are:
- Develop a fully Integrated TECOP project plan, with input from the workstreams in the project (Technical, commercial, permits, stakeholder management etc.)
- Ensure all aspects of the Venture planning across TECOP is coordinated and integrated in de integrated project plan
- Drive and deliver in time for major decisions a fully updated and integrated view of the project plan, including critical path analysis
- Update integrated project plan on (bi-weekly or) monthly basis with input from all workstreams and prepare progress reports.
- Follow and drive actions in achieving milestones - understanding why variations occur. Managing critical path activities and overview.
- Liaise with neighbouring ventures - as per agreed split.
- Monthly schedule reporting to Leadership Team, shareholders, venture partners.
- Develop and manage integrated TECOP schedule across ventures for planning - including P10/P50/P90.
- Assist in assurance by partners and stage gate activities with relation to planning.
- Develop schedule scenarios for key risks like permitting, other ventures progress and changes in commercial landscape.

Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain a fully integrated TECOP planning
- Design a procedure to manage integrated planning process.
- Control the venture TECOP planning process.
- Monitor and report progress and highlight areas of concern
- Lead, organize and manage planning reviews and action closure sessions.
- Monitor and drive action closure of key schedule risks - follow up with action holder. Ensure that potential schedule problems are anticipated and escalated/communicated to management in a timely manner and that appropriate contingencies are put in place to manage the same.
- Support FID decision for Aramis project.
- To take ownership and draft key ARAMIS project risk and planning procedures.
What do we ask of you?
- Education: Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
- Required professional experience: minimum 10 years' experience in (complex) large industrial project planning position
- Proficiency in use of Primavera P6, OPC, Excel, Powerpoint
- Experienced in schedule risk analysis, critical path analysis, preparing S-Curves.

- Fluency in English/Dutch (speaking and writing) is required.
- You are a team player in both Aramis and Gasunie team and knows how to represent both parties. You are a good communicator and know how to involve your stakeholders
