The Creative Business (CB) bachelor program is part of IIBS and a true success story in international education. In our programme we train students to become creative strategists: professionals who combine creative thinking with strategic planning to develop innovative solutions and drive impactful results across different types of organisations in the global creative economy. The CB team consists of around 70 colleagues, and we have a student population of more than 1100 from across the globe.

As Education Coordinator you report directly to the Creative Business management team. You are the link between education and scheduling. You help align educational activities with the deployment of lecturers and the availability of rooms, and you advise the study program in this process. You are constructively critical and actively contribute ideas for improvement.

You are responsible for:

  • Task allocation: You create a yearly task planning (formation) and monitor mutations throughout the year. During this process, you also optimize the task packages and advise the MT and curriculum developers on this subject;
  • Scheduling: You process information regarding lecturers and course activities in scheduling software (KNOWLEDGE OF Xedule). You create time and optimize timetables on time and monitor changes. This includes personalized schedules for delayed students and exchange students;
  • Exams: You match examiners to the correct courses and ensure the list is updated for the exam board. You monitor third attempts of exams after approval from the Examination Board.
